BELGRADE, Serbia — May 17, 2024 — Pet Project Games and 3D Realms are excited to announce that Ripout, a co-op sci-fi horror FPS, is to leave early access on PC on May 28, 2024!
“We are thrilled to have finally reached the point where we can fully release Ripout and would like to thank our players for their feedback during our early access”, said Goran Rajsic, Creative Director at Pet Project Games.
“We are looking forward to continuing to develop new features and add more content into the world of Ripout.”
Ripout’s official release will include a bunch of new in-game features and improvements like:
- 8 entirely new levels for players to explore;
- New objective type — Kill zone — where players must eliminate a specific number of enemies at a certain section of a level;
- Enemy damage and health rebalancing based on character progression;
- Quality-of-life updates
- Cloud saves
Ripout is currently available on Steam for $24.99, but players can get it with a 40% discount until June 10, 2024.
About Ripout: Ripout is an online Co-Op horror FPS that will have players fight their way through procedurally generated derelict ships filled with mutants capable of reconfiguring their alien bodies. Players will fight alongside their trusty Pet Gun companion, collect loot, and customize their characters in their quest to find the last bastion of humanity.
