Belgrade, Serbia, 24.10.2023 — The indie game company Pet Project Games and 3D Realms officially release Ripout, a co-op sci-fi horror FPS, into early access on Steam. Face off against mutant horrors in the unexplored depths of space alone or in squads of up to 3 players and search for the last bastion of humanity, Sanctuary.
Ripout’s early access release includes most of the game’s features, including various enemies, weapons, mission types, and cooperative gameplay.
“We already have several content updates lined up in our developer roadmap with new enemies, weapons, and missions coming in the following months,” said Goran Rajsic, Creative Director at Pet Project Games.
“We are looking forward to hearing community feedback about Ripout and using it to fuel new ideas for future updates.”
Ripout is available in early access on Steam for $24.99, including a 10% discount for the first week after launch. The game will also be coming on Epic Games Store and GoG by the end of the year and will be released on consoles (PS and Xbox) in early 2024.
About Ripout: Ripout is an online Co-Op horror FPS that will have players fight their way through procedurally generated derelict ships filled with mutants capable of reconfiguring their alien bodies. Players will fight alongside their trusty Pet Gun companion, collect loot, and customize their characters in their quest to find the last bastion of humanity.
